I used to be addicted to the Venti sized Iced Chai Tea Latte’s at Starbucks. Each time I got one, it was an easy $4 per cup. $4 x 5 days a week is $20, not counting the gas to go there! Well, I started researching online how to make the same iced chai tea latte at home, and low and behold, I found that I could buy the Tazo chai tea latte concentrate for $3.84 per container at Walmart, then Walmart stopped carrying it, so I have to pay $3.99 per container at Target. One container makes about 4-5 venti sized glasses. All I have to do is pour half Tazo and half milk, spray whip cream if I want it and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Total price $3.99 plus I usually have the milk already at home. That’s a huge savings!
My husband really likes Chi Tea. Ill have to give it a try. Thanks for sharing!
I have seen recipes like this but the one I have says just one spray of Pam works as the emulsifier. It works…
Interesting Sharon!
