When planning my menu each week, I make sure all my meals are:
Healthy *some may have weight watchers points added*
Simple/easy prep – I am not a chef….
Quick – I have very little time between 6 busy schedules. You will find I make a lot of crock pot & casserole meals!
THURS-SUN I’m out of town-so you will see daddy friendly meals!
MONDAY: “healthy-ish” tater tot casserole – recipe below:
1 cup finely diced onion
1 can FF Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can FF Cream of Chicken Soup
4 oz. skim mozzarella cheese shredded
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
25-30 Frozen Tater Tots
Brown the ground beef and onion together until fully cooked. Mix soups and cheeses together and then mix in the beef/onions. Spray 8×8 baking pan with Pam and put Tater tots down in it to make one layer. (You may need more or less tater tots to make one layer) Pour the meat and soup mixture on top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees thanks spark people!
TUESDAY: 50% Off at Papa Johns = cheap dinner!
WEDNESDAY: ham steaks, corn, and Avocado Fries
THURSDAY: egg salad sandwiches, apple slices, corn
FRIDAY: grilled turkey burgers, baked zucchini sticks
SATURDAY: spaghetti & parmesan crescent rolls (recipe soon!)
SUNDAY: mom returns home-we will go out to dinner!!
