I was given the opportunity to try out eMeals earlier last week. I had heard a lot about eMeals but had never looked further into it myself. eMeals is a service that helps plan your meals each day, provides recipes, AND a shopping list! And, yes, there is an app too! I tried it out myself for the first time this week and I’m HOOKED. I grabbed the app, opened it and BAM there was a week of dinners to choose from. And, the meals correlated with the sales going on at my local grocery store!! There is a shopping list option, but I didn’t need to use it for that first meal, since I had already shopped this weeks sales and had everything on hand.
Here’s how EASY it is:
Pick Your Plan
To start getting eMeals, just choose a meal plan based on your eating style, your family size and even your favorite grocery store. My choices – Low Fat, Large Family (6 people), and PUBLIX of course.
Get Great Recipes
Every week, your meal plan arrives in your inbox — complete with seven simple, creative, family–friendly dinner recipes. Each includes an entrée and side dishes.
Shop and Save
Along with the meal plan, you’ll receive a detailed grocery list organized by section and coordinated with the weekly sales at selected stores.

The first meal I chose was very easy to make. I chose Beefy Black Beans & Rice. It was perfect. Easy, inexpensive, and tasty!
Directions: Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Add garlic salt, cumin, beans and salsa. Stir and heat thoroughly. Cook rice according to package directions. Serve beefy black beans over a bed of rice.
I highly recommend checking out eMeals if your a busy mom like myself. This program saves you time AND money! And remember, right now you can join HERE and save 35% off with code cyber30
