Jenn-the Orlando Sentinel is AWESOME- if you do not get the coupons in your paper, as long as you call them before 9p I believe (could be 10p?) they will bring you another paper-with coupons!
I have had the issue once in the last year and they brought my 2nd paper within the hour (which shocked me!)
Also-what is the Florida Today????? It has coupons in it? Are you in Orlando???
Florida Today is a Brevard County paper. It never has all the coupons that the OS does, so I always buy that on Sundays. It is such a bummer that the special rate for the OS is not valid in Brevard!
So if I have a current subscription, can I add more subscriptions (like 3 more) and get this deal? I was confused b/c the fine print said it was good for new subscribers only. Does adding add’l subscriptions make me a new subscriber? Thanks!
Yes you can add on 3 more subscriptions. You just can’t cancel your current one too.

Shauna & Carrie- I live in Brevaed and I was also having trouble with the system so I called. Perry was very nice and took care of everything. He even extended the rate to me even though I am out of area. It is worth a try.

Does anybody know if this deal is good if they mail the paper to you ? I live in Lee Co. Fl,and love the coupons that are in the OS paper. When I am in the Orlando area I always buy at leat 4 papers.

Trying to learn the couponing ways..lol does the wed paper have coupons or is it just sunday? sounds like a pretty good deal but i just really want the coupons..
Wed’s paper has all of the grocery ads-so, if you live near an albertsons and get the albertsons ad you will get a $5/$50 in the paper each week-so you can use that at Publix too! Every now & then there is a Winn Dixie coupon or Publix coupon. Also on wed I have found coupons in the cooking section. Thursday is when those peelies come out (about 1x a month) for $10/$20 or $10/$10 at Kohls, Bealls, and Penneys. Its definitely worth it in my opinion to get all 4 days-even if you get the $5/$30 once a month

I am also in florida- Deltona (near Daytona). Do you know if the OS has left over coupons, if they will sell them? I get the OS all week which is under my in-laws name and they pay for it ,and we live together. If I wanted to get the Wed.-Sun deal (in my name) do you know if I would be able to do that, since we already get the paper every day. Or do you think our best bet would be to cancel what we get and just get the 13wk deal? Then what happens after the 13 weeks? Do we have to sign backup or what? Thank you for your help. And any ideas you have, I have 6 kids plus my husband and his parents I have to care for.Plus I am a stay at home mom, so I need all the help I can get or find!!! Thank you again!!!

You can get up to 6 subscriptions per address. If your inlaws already get one, you can get up to 5 more. After 11 weeks you will get a reminder that you will be billed at 13wks again, if you want to cancel, you can do it at that time and after 13wks, they will stop coming OR you can continue and will get billed $16.76 for another 13wks

I’m thinking of signing up for this, but I wanted to know first – Does the OS have all of the coupons that come out every week? I live in Marion Cty and have never bought one before… Also, if I do not have an Albertson’s near me so I cannot use the $5 coupon as a competitor at Publix, is it worth it for me to get the Wed paper or should I just sign up for the Sunday?

The Sentinel has great coupons. In comparison to the other paper (in my area) the Daytona Newsjournal, the Sentinel is much better. There will always be differences between regions. California will get coupons we dont get and vice versa. Jacksonville may get some we dont get etc etc.
Wed papers have the ads, and once a month or so there will be a $5/$30 WD or Publix, (sometimes) , thursdays have the peelies (Kohls, bealls, pennies, occasionally) and Fridays have the restaurant coupons. Those are the reasons I get all 5 days, but if you don’t use those, then Sun only may be a better option.
May be a crazy question… But, I was curious if “Good-Info-Mary” could answer me on this one. What if I want 6 Sunday Orlando Sentinels, ONLY? Can that happen? Unfortunately, I really have just started throwing the Wednesday – Saturday papers straight into the recycling bin. Not enough time to go through them. When I was going through them I wasn’t finding any of the Publix, Winn-Dixie, or Albertsons coupons. Not to mention the Kohls, Bealls, or Penny’s peelies. One more thing, I don’t really care about getting the new store ads because you can not only look them up online, but this AWESOME page that we are on http://www.couponersunited.com gives us ALL of the worthy ads and tells us what is the best bang for our buck is on those products and tells us exactly what coupons to use and where to find them. What more could you ask for, right?
However, don’t get me wrong, this site would NOT be possible if it wasn’t for the Orlando Sentinel! So sorry for the book I just wrote! I tend to do that a lot lately! LOL. It’s 16.76 per subscription (13wks of wed-sun paper) and you get a $10 gift card for EACH subscription you get. You max out at 6 subscriptions, so 6x$16.76 and get back $60 in gift cards!!!

You can renew and get the rate, but not the introductory gift cards
To get the entire deal again w/ gift cards, you would have to be new (or cancel and wait I think it’s 31 days before signing back up!)

Hi. I’m currently receiving 4 papers Wed-Sun (having started 2 payment cycles ago with the gift card deal). After that deal was up and I seriously wheeled and dealed with them, they began charging me $119 for 3 months. This last cycle they wouldn’t give me that good of deal (saying that was only a special one time offer) and after threatening to cancel all together (nicely of course!), they gave me the best deal of $137/almost 4 months. We still feel like this is a LOT of money given how many coupons I print online. I do pull from the paper a lot, but my husband is respectfully challenging me to see if this cost is REALLY worth it.
My question to you is if this is the same price you are currently paying and if there is any other deal I can get? When we lived in the Tampa Bay area last year, the True Couponing girls had a deal going with the Tampa Tribune that was considerably cheaper. I can’t remember exact numbers, but I believe it was like 40-50 cents a paper. Crazy! I know this was because they had worked a deal with them to offer to everyone at their workshops and in the end I’m sure the Tribune is making a bundle on all of us buying multiple papers. Just wondering if there was any deal like that around here that I didn’t know about….

Hi Jennifer. The paper has gone up over the last year. When I first got this deal it was $16.76 and I got a $15 gift card back for Publix. So $1.76 for the FIRST 3 months per paper. Then, after the first 3 months it went to the regular $16.76 per 3 months with no gift card. Great deal. But, over the year, the paper has increased it’s prices, even the actual cover price went from $1.50 to $2.
Now the lowest subscription that they offer is $24.55 for 3 months per paper. Thats the only official advertised price. Sorry. Your deal is great for 4 months wow!! If you don’t think that you are using enough, maybe cut back to two copies instead of 4, and if it’s a great week, grab the other 2 ?

Simpletruth folks contacted me and they fixed their website to ensure
personal and credit card information is now secure. Previously I did not
what to enter my information becuase I noticed their site wasn’t secure.
So please make a note of this, for any future website, if the site does not
begin with “https://…” where you enter your personal and credit card info I would not enter it in.
