Do you have a recipe that reminds you of home? I was born in Buffalo and although we moved to Florida when I was VERY young I still remember the smell of those SPICY Buffalo chicken wings. To this day they are my absolute favorite food. Recently I found a Buffalo chicken wing dip that reminds me of home. It’s super easy to make (which is a must in this house full o’kids) and it tastes just like a Buffalo chicken wing from home!
1 Large Can of Chicken
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing (I like the CHUNKY style)
1/4 cup of cayenne pepper sauce
8oz cream cheese
1 package of shredded monterrey Jack cheese
and of course Frito Lay Chips or Corn Chips to dip!
Melt the cream cheese on the stovetop. Add in the hot sauce, chunky blue cheese, and the can of chicken.
Take off the stove & add in half of the cheese. Pour into oven-safe dish and sprinkle top with the rest of the cheese. Bake until the cheese melts. (350 degrees)
