Banana Cream Pie Recipe
This was SO SIMPLE to throw together this morning. It’s currently refrigerating so the kids can enjoy a piece after school! You can easily make this low fat as well (see below the recipe)
(2) boxes of instant vanilla pudding
(3) cups of COLD milk
(3) bananas, sliced
(1) 8oz container of whipped topping
(1) graham cracker pie crust
In a large bowl, empty the 2 boxes of vanilla pudding. Whisk in the 3 cups of milk. Slowly mix in sliced bananas. Fold in the whipped topping, whisk together. Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
To make it low fat I used fat free/sugar free vanilla pudding, skim milk, and fat free whipped topping. You can also buy lower fat graham cracker pie crusts!
