Disclosure: I was provided with a Nokia Lumia Icon to help facilitate my reviews.
This will be the first of many posts about my new Nokia Lumia Icon. There are so many amazing features to this new phone, it was hard to choose what to post about. Therefore, I will be making a few separate posts to show you all the amazing apps and features we have found. We? Yes, we. My tween and teen have taken over my phone. And yes, they have their own phones, but prefer the new Nokia Lumia Icon…
I have a nice DSLR camera. Many bloggers own DSLR cameras. The problem is, they are big, bulky, easily breakable, and expensive. But the picture quality is awesome. People say that smartphones have great picture quality as well. I was not sold on that idea until I received the Nokia. My photographs are amazing. My daughters photographs are amazing with this phone. She is 11 years old and she has been taking pics with the phone and I have been using them for my posts instead of my DSLR images. Yes, it’s THAT good. I am SO happy that I no longer have to lug the big camera to every single blog event I go to. I now have a pocket size DSLR. That’s what I’m calling my Nokia now. My pocket DSLR. The dimensions are: 5.39 x 2.79 x 0.39 inches. It weighs just a little over 5 ounces. PERFECT for everyone! I LOVE the enhancements that we can make too:
The video is amazing too. My kids are major video makers. Producers, directors, actors, you name it, they do it. The new Nokia Lumia Icon makes their productions so much easier. I’m not as tech as them and I have no problem creating a video with the new Nokia. And, they didn’t even have to give me a class on it. The SOUND is awesome as well. Check this out:
The Nokia Lumia Icon is available only at Verizon Wireless – stop by and check one out!!
