Simple/easy prep – I am not a chef….
Quick – I have very little time between 6 busy schedules. You will find I make a lot of crock pot & casserole meals!
I’m sorry that I missed the last 2 weeks-we had very busy baseball/softball/t-ball schedules (including a tournament) so it’s not that I forgot to post it-I didn’t have a menu at all – Subway, sandwiches, and frozen dinners were our meals – yikes!
Monday: Corned Beef Sandwiches (Leftover from the weekend!) Baked Potatoes
Tuesday: Cream Cheese Chicken in the Crock Pot biscuits & corn
Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner! Brownie Batter Pancakes *only 4 points per serving!!*, Strawberries, turkey sausage
Thursday: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches (low fat cheese, whole wheat bread) and Avocado Fries
Friday: We’re going to try the Zucchini Pizza recipe!! Salad on the side
Saturday: We will be at a party
Sunday: We will be at my daughters Birthday party! yay!
