We survived the First Day of School!!  The kids were excited to get home and tell me all about their day while enjoying a super yummy peanut butter cookie or two (and milk!)

EASIEST Peanut Butter Cookies Ever:

**Be sure to PIN it if you like it**

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg

Directions:

Preheat over to 350.  Mix sugar, peanut butter, and egg in a bowl.  Drop on greased cookie sheets with a teaspoon.  Use the tines of a fork to make a criss cross pattern on each cookie (we dip the fork in sugar each time).

Bake approximately 12 minutes. (times may vary)

I used Egg beaters today – and they came out DELICIOUS!

Sorry if this is a silly question, but do you mix the ingredients with a stand mixer or with a spoon like with brownies?

I just used a fork – lol. But you can use a mixer if you choose.
