Our Easter Breakfast is already cooking in the crock pot! Yum – I can’t wait! We like to get up early on Easter and enjoy our coffee while the kids look for their baskets. We head to church fairly early, so there is not much time to cook breakfast, so this dish really comes in handy.
32 oz frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup of milk
1 pound of bacon, cooked crisp (we use turkey bacon)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Spray crock pot with non-stick spray. Layer the potatoes, bacon, cheese, and onion-I made 2 layers of each.
In a bol, beat eggs, milk and seasoning. Pour over ingredients in crock pot. Cook 10-12 hrs on low (make sure eggs are set/thoroughly cooked)
