Egg Sandwich – LOW Weight Watchers Points Breakfast
**REMEMBER TO PIN IT**
As promised I will be making 1-3 posts a day with Weight Watchers meal, recipe, tips, etc everyday! I received LOTS of interest when I asked how many readers were on WW or a similar meal plan.
Here is my issue-I’m a creature of habit. When I’m on WW, I tend to eat the same meals. Last year I lost 40lbs but I did get very bored with my meal plan. I’m hoping each day you all will leave a comment on these posts with what you ate – with or without a recipe so we can all get fresh new ideas!
HERE IS TODAY’S BREAKFAST:
Egg & mushroom omelet sandwich with cheese. 5pts+
1 Thomas’s English Muffin (light, multi grain-there is lots of fiber in these!!)
1/4 cup no-yolks
a hand full of sliced mushrooms
1 wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese
Basically, I make an egg-white “omelet” – I personally don’t add in milk, but that’s up to you (add in points). I throw in mushrooms and I’m done! If we have peppers, onions, diced tomatoes, I will add those in as well. Toast my english muffin and spread a wedge of laughing cow cheese on. Voila – easy breakfast sandwich. And it’s very filling! I eat around 9a and it keeps me full til 2p when I usually have my lunch.
WHAT WAS ON YOUR BREAKFAST MENU TODAY??
I had Baked oatmeal with blueberries and bananas in it.
Quacker Brown Sugar and Maple Weight Loss Oatmeal, with a black coffee.
fruit smoothie
This was great for my lunch.
That’s either a really tiny sandwich or a really large plate!
