While Summer is coming to an end, kids are returning to school & it’s about time to start thinking about the upcoming holiday season. While I personally donate $25.00 per month to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, in addition to donating items to various organizations, I’d like to know where you take some of your donations & what area you are in. Possibly adding a link to the organization, if you don’t mind.
As the Holiday Season draws closer, I’d like to see how many items we as couponers can donate! What do you all think?
Thanks so much!

We always donate toiletries, medicines, vitamins, etc to the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida http://www.centralfloridahomeless.org
I am so thankful to have lots of wonderful ladies in my coupon exchange group that help out with this. We all have different charities that we like to help, and when one of our organization’s is in need, we come together and go through our stockpiles to gather any items we can donate!
We donate to our local food pantry at our church. If you attend a church, ask and see if they have a pantry. If not, start one! Keeps it right in your community.
I always donate to either Susan G. Koman and or March of Dimes.
I usually donate to pet shelters. I also donate to food banks. We recently were about to drop off food at the supermarket’s food bank box but saw a homeless person and ended up giving everything to him instead.
Whirlwind of Surprises
I actually donate each month to help feed the hungry, within my church.
What a fantastic organization! We donate to a humanitarian program within our church, and also to food banks every Halloween.
Second Harvest does a wonderful job. In addition to them Orlando Union Rescue Mission is terrific as well.
