Yum! I was asked to curate a recipe using one of the above. It took me some time to decide as I was going back and forth between the Avocado Ranch and the Sweet Chili. Sweet Chili won once we put it to a family vote. My first thought was chicken….then I decided that I’d try to create a side with the Hidden Valley Sweet Chili. And it turned out AMAZING.
We used fresh veggies – diced red potatoes and squash. Briefly boil both veggies because these will cook in the oven nicely. Once these nice and hot we drained the veggies and put them into a bowl. Toss in 1 cup of shredded cheddar and 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Add 1 cup of Hidden Valley Sweet Chili and mix.
