Kale Chips Recipe ~ 1 Points+
Bunch of kale
Rinse & Dry Kale. BE SURE to dry it throughly! Cut the leaves into pieces – bigger than bite sized as they will shrink.
Spritz lightly with olive oil. Lightly sprinkle salt over all of the kale.
Bake at 275 for 20 – 25 minutes.
Make sure to keep checking on them as they bake or they will burn! Also, don’t over-salt. The kale shrinks as it bakes, so it will be super salty if you put too much salt.
These are AWESOME! ALL FOUR of my kids enjoyed them. I will be heading back to pick up more Kale in the morning!
I’m thinking this would be good with a little garlic salt or parmesan !
This was the FIRST TIME I ever tasted Kale. I even had to ask the produce manager where to find it!!!
