New Update to the Target Coupon Policy

There has been a change to the Target Coupon Policy – when price matching.  Basically, you CAN use your Target Coupon and Cartwheel coupon BEFORE the price match (which, hello? this doesn’t make sense!) After the price match, you can then use your manufacturer coupon (thank goodness they didn’t change that).

In my opinion – save your Target Coupon & Cartwheel coupons if the ad you are matching is going to have a lower price after those are added.  Anywho-here it is:
