*This is MARY’S Nutrisystem Update*
And another week has passed. It’s been a slow weight loss these last 2 weeks (only 1 pound in two weeks) but I’m happy with it. Why? Because I’m losing weight and not starving! I still love the diet. The food is great and it’s SO EASY. I have my days when we go out to eat and I have made some bad choices here and there, but overall I have really improved my eating habits.
I am heading out on a cruise and my goal is to NOT GAIN. I think it will be hard to LOSE since I will be doing the food part on my own (not bringing along Nutrisystem food this time). But, it’s only 3 days-and I WILL be working out every day – hopefully twice a day.
My favorite food this week is PIZZA!!! I love ALL the flavors of Pizza that Nutrisystem has to offer. I just placed another order and pizza was at the top of the list. I love that I can eat pizza and still lose weight! Gotta love that.
Here are my totals:
WEEK 1: -3.5lbs
WEEK 2: -3.5lbs
WEEK 3: – 2lbs
WEEK 4: -.5 lbs
WEEK 5: -.5lbs
WEEK 6: – 1 lb
Week 7: -2 lb
Week 8: No Change
Week 9: – 2lb
Week 10: no change
Week 11 – 1lb
Total Loss: 16 pounds!
This week’s goal: I’m going on a cruise this coming week, so my goal is NOT TO GAIN!!
