Crystal’s Nutrisystem Week 12 & 13 Update: It’s been a busy, joyful, tough & sick couple of weeks here in our house.
Last Friday, right before the holiday, we had to put our beagle Molly to “sleep”. It was definitely a hard decision to make, but I know in my heart that she didn’t deserve to be in that much pain (she had disk disease).
Then, on Tuesday my youngest, Quinn graduated from VPK.
Wednesday, I started getting really sick (I’m pretty sure my sick in-laws gave it to me over the holiday weekend, but who knows?!) Also, Wednesday night was my oldest son’s first All Stars Rookie B game. So proud of both of our boys!
So I was excited that the boys’ baseball season was going to be over, because then that would give me more time in the evenings to work out. Then, we found out that Dakota had been picked for the All Stars B Team. I was super excited for him, but of course in the back of my head, I’m thinking “well there goes my time I thought I’d have to work out”. But, I’m not going to let the schedule or other life events hold me back from my progress in my weight loss.
I am so thankful to be on the Nutrisystem program. With everything being so busy, it’s been nice to know that I don’t have to think about what I can eat that will be good for me & will help me maintain my weight, even when I can’t workout. My new favorite is the pizza. Super easy & quick to make, while it’s yummy & filling too!
