This week I completed week 6 on the Nutrisystem Success Program. I did REALLY well on the program this week. It’s actually getting much easier to stick with it. There are so many options of foods to choose from, that I’m never bored with what I’m eating. This week I tried a couple of new items, including the Chicken Pot Pie. Very good!
My hubby surprised me with dinner at Colorado Fondue last weekend. YUMMY! Needless to say, that was my cheat meal this week. However, I did ask for extra fruit to dip in the chocolate fondue instead of eating the pastry puffs, brownies, etc.
I got to the gym several times this week like I planned. I even made an improvement on my time to complete a mile on the treadmill. Of course I was ecstatic! All I kept thinking about was when I signed up for my first 5K in 2010, I could barely complete a mile on the treadmill & now I’m really running!!
Now onto this week’s weight loss.
WEEK 1: -6.2 lbs
WEEK 2: -1.6 lbs
WEEK 3: -0.5 lbs
WEEK 4: -1.1 lbs
WEEK 5: +0.2 lbs
WEEK 6: -1.8 lbs
TOTAL : – 11.0 lbs!
I can order my first Nutribear for having lost 10 lbs (you get 1 for every 10 lbs you lose!)
