*This is MARY’S Nutrisystem Update*
Well I made it through vacation! I did gain some but it worked out fine because I lost weight before I left and when I got back I went to work losing what I gained. I gained almost 3lbs while I was gone. But, overall, I lost 2 pounds over the last 2 weeks. Not bad for being on vacation in California and having to eat the meals that were prepared for us.
I don’t want anyone to think that going off the Nutrisystem Food will make you gain 3 pounds like I did. That was not the case at all. I went off the Nutrisystem food AND I ate terribly. The food was prepared for us, and I ate out for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and more over the span of 4 days. That’s why I gained. I have successfully been on other short trips where I ate healthy and did NOT gain. So this was 100% my fault – just poor eating.
I finally made it back to the gym FULL TIME and I love it. I’m sore, very sore. But it’s a GOOD sore. I take 1hr classes at the local YMCA. I went Mon, Tues, and just got home from todays workout. For me, I have to take a class, or I won’t stay for a full hour. That’s just what works for me.
I’m still LOVING the Nutrisystem food. I just finished dinner – a chicken pot pie that I really enjoyed. It was so filling. And, I still get to have a dessert later – yay!

WEEK 1: -3.5lbs
WEEK 2: -3.5lbs
WEEK 3: – 2lbs
WEEK 4: -.5 lbs
WEEK 5: -.5lbs
WEEK 6: – 1 lb
Week 7: -2 lb
Week 8: No Change
Total Loss: 13 pounds!
This week’s goal: I have a goal to lose 8 pounds by May 9th for a cruise I’m going on, so this week I’d like to lose 2-3 pounds. I think it’s doable with the new workout system I have added.
