This week I completed Week 7 on the Nutrisystem Success Program. This has been my best week yet in regards to staying on track with eating well & getting to the gym to exercise! I was also happy that Publix had the Dannon Light & Fit yogurts BOGO this past week, those are my favorite & I stocked up on a month’s worth.
On the weekends, it’s hard for me to get to the gym when my husband is working (he’s a firefighter, so he’s gone in 24 hour shifts). So this past weekend a friend & I took our kids to the park. They played while we walked. We used the RunKeeper app on our phones to know our distance – we did a 5K.
This past week I’ve also started trying to get to the gym in the early mornings 2 times per week (a couple of my friends started going, so I’m trying to do it too – PEER PRESSURE) & then in the evenings 2-3 times per week. Again, the times I can go depend on my husbands schedule. (That’s the only thing about Planet Fitness I don’t like – I wish they had child care)
Now onto the good stuff – how much did I lose this week?
WEEK 1: -6.2 lbs
WEEK 2: -1.6 lbs
WEEK 3: -0.5 lbs
WEEK 4: -1.1 lbs
WEEK 5: +0.2 lbs
WEEK 6: -1.8 lbs
WEEK 7: -4.4 lbs
TOTAL : – 15.4 lbs!
I am super excited about this week’s weight loss! I stuck with the Nutrisystem plan & worked out often (sometimes 2x in 1 day!).
