This week I completed Week 8 on the Nutrisystem Success Program. I also completed the Altamonte Springs Spring Sprint 5K at Cranes Roost with a great group of ladies. These ladies not only completed this run with me, but they also have also been a great support group to help each other eat well & get in shape.
So not only did I complete this 5K, but I improved my time from my last official 5K by around 7 minutes!
Nutrisystem has once again saved me this week. I have a feeling that I would’ve gained weight had it not been for their food. It was another busy week & I only got to work out 1x this week. Ugh! And tomorrow we’re going camping, but I’m taking my running shoes with me so hopefully I can get some exercise in while the boys are fishing or something.
While I didn’t lose any weight, I’m happy with the fact that I fit into a size 12 jeans again!!! Even with my last attempt to lose weight a few years ago, I didn’t make it into a size 12. So I am SUPER EXCITED about that!!!
Some days/weeks are harder than others, but I keep thinking about the big picture & how I want to lose this weight once & for all. I want to be healthy & I want to be active WITH my kids.
So, where does my weight loss stand?
WEEK 1: -6.2 lbs
WEEK 2: -1.6 lbs
WEEK 3: -0.5 lbs
WEEK 4: -1.1 lbs
WEEK 5: +0.2 lbs
WEEK 6: -1.8 lbs
WEEK 7: -4.4 lbs
WEEK 8: -0.00 lbs
TOTAL : – 15.4 lbs!
