I didn’t post last week because I was “out of commission” due to an injury I sustained while canoeing during a camping trip. I never knew that canoeing was such a workout! I guess I pushed myself quite a bit harder than I should have. Good thing from it though is that I want to go more now, because it worked out areas of my body that apparently aren’t getting a good enough workout at the gym.
Last week, I didn’t work out due to the injury & wasn’t eating Nutrisystem exclusively, so I gained a few pounds during last week. 🙁 However, on Sunday I began eating it normally again & I got some exercise in.
The next 2 weeks, I’m trying to get in as much exercise as possible because that’s when Memorial Day Weekend will be here & I’ll be poolside most of it.
So, where does my weight loss stand?
WEEK 1: -6.2 lbs
WEEK 2: -1.6 lbs
WEEK 3: -0.5 lbs
WEEK 4: -1.1 lbs
WEEK 5: +0.2 lbs
WEEK 6: -1.8 lbs
WEEK 7: -4.4 lbs
WEEK 8: -0.00 lbs
WEEK 9: +2.3 lbs
WEEK 10: -3.3 lbs
TOTAL : – 16.4 lbs!
