I tried to use the mobile coupons at Target this past weekend. The barcode on my phone didn’t scan, so the cashier entered it manually. I wanted to use the $5 denim, and the 20% Merona coupon. The register only apply the denim coupon, since the jeans were scanned first, but didn’t apply the 20% on the Merona in the same transaction. I asked the cashier to ring up the Merona merchandise in a separate transaction, but he said the mobile target coupon barcode can only be used once on ONE ITEM. – That didn’t make sense to me: I am getting 4 mobile target coupons sent to my phone, but I can only use one of them???!
