Yesterday I headed to a media event at Universal’s Citywalk to hear some exciting new announcements from park executives. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The buzz around the net was that Universal would add more Harry Potter attractions, rides, shops, restaurants, additions, and more. I was happy to hear that there will be almost all of the above. EIGHT new restaurants, a new resort, and YES, new additions to Harry Potter.
The executives sure have this girl excited. The energy from these guys was AMAZING. They are excited, I am excited, and you all should be excited, because these new additions are going to be AWESOME.
The new venues include Hot Dog Hall of Fame, featuring iconic hot dog creations from some of our nation’s most famous ball parks. The owner let us know that they will happily add ANYTHING to your hot dog, except ketchup. HA! I can’t wait!
Another restaurant that piqued my interest is CowFish, an innovative and trend-setting concept out of Charlotte, North Carolina
with a signature dish called “Burgushi;”. That’s burgers & sushi. This restaurant will feature a burger bar AND a sushi bar. Finally a place my husband and I can agree on.
