Want to get into amazing shape?? Try T25 FOCUS

I do! Last year at this time I was in pretty good shape, but let my workouts slide. So it’s time to get back to it! I recently received the T25 FOCUS to review. I started it this week and let me tell you…..I am OUT of shape! This workout is kicking my butt. But, in a good way. I know that I will see results. I can feel it after each workout.

About the workout (from the site): It’s a full-body workout in 25 minutes. With zero rest. Focus Interval Training works every muscle group in your body—one after the other—then it works it again. It’s short. It’s sweaty. But after 25 minutes, it’s done!

My experience:  I’m on day 3 right now. This workout is intense. The first day I made it 21 minutes. Day 2 I made it 21 minutes. Day 3 I made it to almost 23 minutes. I get tired. I get sweaty. But as I said before, I know I will get results. Warning: YOU WILL BE SORE. On day 2 I had sore calves. VERY sore calves. I could tell I had a great workout. Day 3 I had some sore muscles, but it got better. There are a lot of things to love about T25. First, I love that it is ONLY 25 minutes. Who can’t find 25 minutes in their day? With 4 kids, a full time job, and a super busy extra-curricular activity calendar with the kids, I can even find 25  minutes a day. The workout IS intense and that is why the 25min is like an hour workout. Think you can’t do it? YES YOU CAN – there is a modified version available in every workout. Just watch the DVD and Shaun will tell you who to follow to do the modified workouts until you’re ready for the Shaun T. style. Pictured above is my 11 year old daughter. She enjoys working out and is getting into T25 with me as well. She plays travel softball and Little League, so is in pretty good shape. Her opinion was “MAN That was hard, but I want to do it again tomorrow !”.

Above are the first portion of workouts. I’m still on these. But the full T25 Set comes with so much more! You will receive 9 DVD’s AND Bonus items:

  • Bonus #1The Quick-Start Guide makes sure you hit the ground running. FOCUS T25 is fast and furious. And so is this guide.
  • Bonus #2The Get It Done Nutrition Plan makes eating right easy. All the recipes have just 5 ingredients and take just 5 minutes of prep. Perfect for busy folks like you.
  • Bonus #3The ALPHA-BETA wall calendar shows you which workout to do each day, as you get one step closer to that ripped body you want.

I’m LOVING the Get it DONE Nutrition plan. The recipes are EASY, FAST, and taste great. Grab your T25 Set HERE – Plus get CASH BACK when you go through ShopAtHome.com to save even MORE!!!

disclosure: I was provided with T25 DVD set to review this product. All opinions are 100% mine!

Wow, that workout looks super intense! I know I wouldn’t make it the whole 25 minutes at first but that’s ok. It’s bound to get better daily.

I need to do something… I’ve been thinking about joining the gym and this may be a great alternative. High Intensity Training I hear is the way to go.

no thanks, i almost died with Insanity, my body can’t handle all this jumping around.. zumba is where it’s at.. easier on the joints, but if you can do this without dying mad props.

Ohhh, superintense workout sounds cool! However I’m still gathering my strengths to run my very first 5K. It’s a challenge for me who never run before. So maybe the cardio part would help me a lot in this.
