Breakfast: Egg & mushroom omelet sandwich with cheese. 5pts+
Egg & Mushroom Omelet Sandwich Recipe
Lunch: Weight Watchers Smart Ones 7pts+
Snack: Small bag of popcorn 3pts+
Dinner: Weight Watchers Chicken & Dumplings 7pts+ (see recipe below)
1 pound uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 Large Can condensed cream of chicken soup (Fat Free)
14 oz reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 medium uncooked onion-chopped
4 reduced fat refrigerated biscuits (cut in half to make 8 pieces)
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Place chicken, cream soup, broth, carrots, onions, butter, and seasoning into crock pot. Cook on low 6-7hrs (check chicken to be sure it’s cooked through) add biscuit dough and cook 45min-1hr longer on HIGH.
